Mini Pita Pizzas

What kid doesn’t love pizzas in mini form for lunch?!

  • 4 mini pitas
  • 4 tbsp pizza sauce
  • ½ cup pizza cheese
  • Honey Soy or Classic PC’s roughly chopped / Top with chopped sausage and the remaining cheese
  • Dried oregano
  • Olive oil


  1. Preheat a hot oven
  2. Place the mini pitas onto a lined baking tray and spread with pizza sauce and half the cheese
  3. Top with assorted meat toppings and the remaining cheese
  4. Sprinkle a little oregano onto each pita and a drizzle of olive oil
  5. Bake in hot oven until crispy and caramelised
