Breakfast Pizza

What kid doesn’t love pizzas in mini form for lunch?!

  • 1 pizza base
  • 3 tbsp your favourite pizza sauce
  • 1.5 cups pizza cheese grated
  • ½ cup leftover cooked potato sliced
  • 2 Hellers Classic Precooked Sausages sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper


  1. Preheat a hot oven
  2. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pizza base leaving an inch around the edge without sauce
  3. Sprinkle the base evenly with half the cheese and top with potato and sausage slices. Leave 4 small gaps to crack each egg into the space don’t worry if the white runs it is supposed to.
  4. Sprinkle over with remaining cheese and oregano.
  5. Drizzle the pizza with a little olive oil and season well.
  6. Cook the pizza in the hot oven for 10-15 mins until golden and the egg yolks are just starting to set.
  7. Slice the pizza, sprinkle with fresh herbs, and serve immediately.
